OUR CLASSES:
GLOW has an infrared sauna that has been custom fitted for workout classes. This setting allows our clients to chose their exact temperature, making the class as intense or as relaxing as they would like.
The capacity allows for up to two people, allowing you to workout to our pre-loaded classes with complete focus.
GLOW offers a wide selection of yoga, pilates, kickboxing, cardio and stretching classes.
