REFUNDS & RETURNS

Refunds + Cancellation:

According to our membership contracts, clients must give 30-day cancellation notice. Any membership dues owed during this period are not eligible for refund. Cancellations are not processed without a completed and signed cancellation request form submitted to info@glowtanningandbeautybar.com. Clients will receive a cancellation confirmation email upon their cancellation request being completed. For further questions on our cancellation process or updates on your cancellation status, please email us directly.

Return & Exchange Policy​

No refunds are issued for the purchase of services or memberships at GLOW tanning + beauty bar. Products may be eligible for exchange due to item defectiveness (conditional on management's discretion).
