TO OUR CLIENTS:

On behalf of the GLOW staff, we are thrilled to announce that we will be reopening on May 23, 2020. With this reopening comes some restrictions and precautions to ensure the health of our guests, staff, and community. These and our membership policies will be outlined below.

Adjusted Hours:

We have ensured that we have safety precautions in place to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 within our store. One of these precautions is a reduction in hours to ensure that our staff has multiple points during the day to deep clean our beds and other surfaces. These adjusted hours will last for a few weeks before returning to our normal hours (when safe to do so). 

 

The schedule is below:

 

Weekdays: 9-12 | 4-8

Weekends: 10-3

 

We will only be operating from 9-12 on Memorial Day (Monday, May 25). 

Membership Billing:

 

In terms of membership dues, all members should have had their April and May membership dues waived. The exception to this is any members who had their May billing date fall after our reopening date, as these members had their March dues waived instead of May. 

 

Instead of full May membership dues, we will be charging a prorated amount for the remainder of the month. For example, if your membership is $35 monthly, you will be charged $10.16 on May 23.

 

Normal billing cycles will resume on June 1, 2020.

 

Reduced Services:

 

GLOW will be offering all tanning services, as well as eyelash extensions and some skincare services. However, sugaring (hair removal) services will not be available until our operations resume normally. 

 

Additionally, due to the mandatory closure of all indoor fitness facilities, our HOTWORX machine will not be open for client use. 

 

Safety Policies:

 

The State of North Carolina has implemented several safety policies that businesses must follow. GLOW cannot have more than 24 clients in the store at one point in time. Similarly, clients must stand at least 6 feet apart. These lines will be drawn out inside the store. If the waiting area is at capacity, clients must wait outside at a safe distance apart. 

 

Our staff members are required by law to wear face coverings in personal care settings. We also encourage our clients to wear face coverings to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Hand sanitizer will be available for clients upon checking in. 

 

If clients are sick, we encourage you to stay home. If you are visibly ill, you may be denied entry into the beds by our staff members. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that our clients can understand the paramount importance of cleanliness during this unprecedented time.
