How do I sign up for a membership?

All membership requests are completed in-person at our physical store location. This ensures that we can protect our client information best, as well as being able to tailor your membership to your needs. Please bring an ID and a credit card that you would like to leave on file.

Can I cancel my membership online?

All cancellation requests are processed through email. This ensures that we have a paper trail to protect both you and GLOW going forward. If you would like to cancel your membership, please contact: Cancellation requests are not valid without a completed and signed cancellation form returned to this email address. Is there anything I can do to prep my skin before my appointment?

Yes! Glow has Before + After prep guides to help our clients get the most out of their services. Please see our individual services pages for these information sheets.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes! All accounts at GLOW tanning + beauty bar can be frozen. For $5.00 a month, you can keep all of your services and unfreeze when you are ready to begin visiting us again! All account freeze requests are processed through email. If you would like to freeze your account, please contact us at Please include your name, membership type, and the subject line "Account Freeze Request" in the email. Freeze periods last for 3 months. If you would like to extend your freeze beyond this time, please contact us again before your freeze expires and we are happy to continue the freeze on your account!

What is the lash fill policy at GLOW?

At GLOW, we pride ourselves on providing premium customer service. As such, we have a 1 week covered period on our lashes. This means that if you have major fall out within the first week, we will fill your lashes for free. When it comes to scheduled fills, we recommend clients come every 4 weeks. This will help our clients to maintain a full lash line between appointments. After 5 weeks, all clients will be charged a full set for reapplication.
