REFUNDS & RETURNS

Refunds + Cancellation:

According to our membership contracts, clients must give 30-day cancellation notice. Any membership dues owed during this period are not eligible for refund. Cancellations are not processed without a completed and signed cancellation request form submitted to ashlynn@glowtanningandbeautybar.com. Clients will receive a cancellation confirmation email upon their cancellation request being completed. For further questions on our cancellation process or updates on your cancellation status, please email us directly.

For non-membership services, our online sugaring and skincare bookings are subject to a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% to be paid after the service. All early cancellations will have this deposit returned in full. We do not allow bookings to be made less than 24 hours in advance of the service time, so all appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the service time are subject to the full appointment service cost. This is to compensate our staff members who cannot fill this time slot after this cancellation period. We appreciate your understanding.

Return & Exchange Policy​

No refunds are issued for the purchase of services or memberships at GLOW tanning + beauty bar. Products may be eligible for exchange due to item defectiveness (conditional on management's discretion).
